What the assistant does
Answers the call
Greets the caller, explains it is an AI assistant, and finds out what they need.
Captures the details
Name, mobile number, the type of service, and the time that works for them.
Hands it off
Books or passes the request to the company's team so nothing sits in a voicemail box.
Follows up by text, with permission
Appointment confirmations, callbacks after a missed call, and replies to texts the customer sends us. Transactional only.
How a call works
Step 1
A customer calls
When your team is busy, closed, or out on a job, the assistant picks up.
Step 2
The assistant answers
It says it is an AI assistant, asks what the caller needs, and collects their name, mobile number, the service they need, and a preferred time.
Step 3
The caller chooses
The assistant asks whether the caller would like text confirmations and updates. Only callers who say yes receive texts.
Step 4
Your team gets the request
The details go to your team to book or follow up, and a confirmation text goes to the caller if they agreed.
Texting, by permission only
We only text people who ask us to. Messages are transactional, about the request the customer made. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
