These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the websites, phone assistant service, and text-messaging program operated by Daikomyo Media LLC ("Daikomyo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, calling a service line we manage, or receiving text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. This page is provided for transparency and to describe our messaging program; it is not legal advice to you.
About the messaging program
Daikomyo Media LLC operates an AI phone assistant for home-service businesses. When you call a service line we manage and agree to receive texts, we send transactional SMS messages. These may include appointment confirmations, callbacks after missed calls, and replies to text messages you send us. This program does not send marketing.
Consent to receive messages
By agreeing during a call, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Daikomyo Media LLC at the mobile number you provide. Opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity, such as the appointments and follow-ups related to your request.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
- Restart messages after stopping: text START and we will send messages again.
- Reply HELP for help, email charlesj@daikomyo.ai, or call 480-231-8879.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or in any way that interferes with the service or the rights of others. We may refuse or discontinue service in the event of misuse.
Disclaimer and limits
Our services are provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable, we do not promise that calls, messages, or websites will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Daikomyo Media LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the service.
