AI phone assistant
Answers inbound calls for your business. It tells the caller it is an AI assistant, finds out what they need, collects their name, mobile number, the service they need and a preferred time, and passes the request to your team to book or follow up.
Text follow-up (transactional only)
With the caller's permission given on the call, we send appointment confirmations, callbacks after a missed call, and replies to text messages the customer sends us. Messages relate to the request the customer made.
A record of the call
Calls to service lines we manage may be recorded or transcribed, to keep an accurate record of what was agreed, including the caller's consent to texts. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
What we do not do
- We do not send marketing text messages from this program.
- We do not text anyone who did not ask us to.
- We do not sell personal information.
