How you opt in to Daikomyo text messages

Daikomyo Media LLC ("Daikomyo," "we," "us") runs an AI phone assistant that answers and handles calls for home-service businesses. This page explains how people agree (opt in) to receive text messages from us, and how to stop.

We only text people who ask us to. There is no other way to be added to the program.

How opt-in works

You opt in by giving us your permission to text you — over the phone:

By phone. When you call a service line we manage, our assistant asks whether you would like to receive a text confirmation or a follow-up, and asks for your mobile number. Only callers who say yes receive texts. If you say no, no texts are sent.

A sample of what the assistant says:

"I'm the AI assistant for Daikomyo Media LLC. Would you like Daikomyo Media LLC to text you appointment confirmations and updates at this number? Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help."

Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

What we send

Messages are transactional only — they relate to the request you made. We do not send marketing on this number. Examples:

  • Appointment confirmation:
"Daikomyo: Hi [Name], your service with [Company] is confirmed for [day, date, time]. Reply CONFIRM or RESCHEDULE. Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
  • Missed-call follow-up:
"Daikomyo: Sorry we missed your call to [Company]. Want a callback in the next hour? Reply YES and we'll call you. Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
  • Reply to a text you sent us:
"Daikomyo: [Company] received your message and [Name] will get back to you shortly. Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
  • After you opt in:
"Daikomyo: You're now signed up for [Company] service texts. Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
